The development team of Grand Isle View Condominums have developed condominiums worth tens of millions of dollars in the Upper Westside of Manhattan and in New Jersey. The sponsor is Gaughin LLC, 19 Deer Ridge Avenue, Morristown, NJ
- The Grand Isle View is in the City of Plattsburgh School District
- Maintenance, repairs, replacements, improvements, and decorations to the interior of a unit including appliances, pipes, and lines servicing only that unit will be the responsibility of the unit owner.
- New insulation, plumbing, wiring, electric baseboard heating, and new natural gas lines were installed.
